Conference Location

The conference will be held in the duBois Center and the College of Business Administration building on the south campus of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. Flagstaff is located at 7,000 in the cool pines of Northern Arizona. The town and mountain campus are dominated by the majestic San Francisco Peaks, which rise to 12,633 feet.

Registration Fees

The registration fees for the 2006 Southwest Renewable Energy Conference are

Online registration or postmarked by July 6:

$275    For Profit and Utility Organizations 
$225    Government
$150    Not-For-Profit Organizations

Registration fees cover two days of conference sessions, breakfasts, luncheons, breaks, materials and two evening receptions.

Participants wishing to register prior to the conference must register on-line by July 28, 2006. Click here to register. On line registration will be available May 1, 2006. 

Payment Information

All registration fees must be paid prior to the conference. Payment may be made on-line by credit card, or by mailing a check. Purchase orders are also accepted from government entities.

Registration Desk

The registration and information desk will be open from 7:30 am to 5:00 p.m. on August 2 and 3, 2006, on the main floor of the duBois Center. Pre-registered participants and those wishing to register on-site must check in with the registration desk for conference materials and credentials. Conference sessions will be held in the new LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified College of Business Administration building across the quad from the duBois Center.

On-Site Registration

After July 28, 2006, participants should plan to register on site. A fee of $20 will be added to all on-site registration fees.

Conference Attire

The attire for the conference is business casual. Temperatures in Flagstaff are typically in the 70’s or 80’s in the day with evening lows in the 50’s. The Wednesday night reception will be an indoor/outdoor event. 

Monsoon rains are not uncommon in the afternoon. The conference will be held in two building requiring a short walk outside.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notice of cancellation must be in writing and received by July 28, 2006 to obtain a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 28, 2006 or for “no-shows.”

Conference staff will make every effort to make the conference and related activities accessible to all attendees.
