Events

Tuesday Evening Reception

The opening reception will be at the historic Hotel Weatherford in downtown Flagstaff 23 N. Leroux www.weatherfordhotel.com/ A hosted bar and appetizers will be served. Attendees will have the opportunity to stroll around the downtown area visiting shops or enjoying dinner at a local restaurant. Attire for the reception is business casual. Hotel Weatherford is a ¾ mile walk from the conference hotel - Embassy Suites.

Wednesday Evening Reception

The Museum of Northern Arizona www.musnaz.org/ is the site for the Wednesday reception. Guests can tour the museum and wander the wooded grounds at this indoor/outdoor gathering. The Museum is located at 3101 N. Fort Valley Road approximately four miles from NAU and the conference hotel. A shuttle service will be provided from the conference facility at NAU to the Museum at 15 minute intervals.
